BVM Pitot Tube Mount
This 3D printed Pitot Tube Mount can be used with a JetCat (or similar) Air Speed Sensors. Mount the airfoiled end to the fuselage such that the Pitot Tube is pointed to the front end of the model and close to parallel to the longitudinal axis. For accuracy, it is necessary that the Pitot Tube is at least 1/2" away from fuselage skin to not be affected by boundary layer flow. The plywood plate and screws allow attaching it to the fuselage skin. The fairing can be primed and painted to suit your needs.

Fuel Vent Plug
Remove Before Flight. Handling your Kerosene powered model is a lot less messy if you plug off the fuel system overflow vent. You prevent the stinky spills in your vehicle and workshop. But, if you take-off with the vent still plugged, your engine will starve for fuel and flame out, usually one or two minutes into the flight. Aeropoxy Glue Cartridge
The ever increasing aerodynamic stresses we expect our models to endure calls for an Aerospace Grade adhesive product, and Aeropoxy is it. Aeropoxy is a thixotropic, slow cure, Aerospace Grade, 2 part epoxy system. It is the strongest and best gripping adhesive for all types of composite material bonding to other materials such as wood, plastic, and aluminum. Not for use with EPO Foams. If your gluing EPO Foam, there is a special glue for that application. Check out Foam-Tac made by Beacon Adhesives.

Aeropoxy Glue kit
- Aeropoxy is white, Vpoxy is clear
- Aeropoxy is totally thixotropic - i.e. it will not run or sag. Vpoxy is slightly less thixotropic - thus it may penetrate some materials better.
- Aeropoxy initial setup time is about 3 hours at 75F. Vpoxy initial setup time is about 1 hour at 75F.
- Technical data on the strength properties of both glues render them about the same.
- Aeropoxy and/or Vpoxy are Aerospace grade adhesives and the strongest epoxy based glues available to the modeler.
BVM has been using this Aerospace grade glue for about a year to glue sub assemblies on our Ultra Bandit and F-100's.
We are offering it for the general market by popular demand from our Ultra and F-100 customers that like what they received.
It requires a 2:1 plunger if you already have an Aeropoxy dispenser gun.

Ultra Bandit Jet-Foam Cradle
The Ultra Bandit Jet-Foam Cradle is the largest in BVM's line of airframe handling products. The PVC tubes are longer (38") and the forward End Bracket is wider to carefully handle the inlet ducts without damage. For lots of handling, building, and transporting conveniences, the Ultra Bandit fuselage aft section is removable. This special Jet-Foam Cradle allows support of the front half (with the aft fuse section removed) to allow engine access, fuel tanks, etc. NOTE: Extra lengths (12 feet) of the 1-1/2 wide Velcro straps (BVM # PA-SR-0079) are available to assist in mounting the Jet Foam Cradle to a trailer shelf or floor for safe and soft transport. Made in the U.S.A. with BVM Jet-Foam The Jet-Foam Cradle will not scratch or dent your model, but gently hold and "cradle" it while you are working on it in your shop or assembling / disassembling it at the flying field. The Velcro straps are handy for some modeling tasks such as installing the wings and transporting the model in a van or trailer.

QT Plus Glue Cartridge
Re-Formulated - QT Plus produces a bond that is almost as strong as BVM's Aeropoxy, but allows for quick assembly and field repairs. Set time is 4 - 5 minutes. Sometimes, it may be convenient to not use the mix nozzle. Just squeeze out a small amount of glue and blend the two streams of glue with a mix stick. Not for use with EPO Foams.
