So when you call BVM during regular business hours, you get a real person on the phone - not a recorded voice and directory. Our office staff will direct your inquiry to one of our technical service people. If the best person to answer your question about a BVM product is not immediately available, we will return your call when he is.

Our staff is very experienced with products that we manufacture and sell. Please understand that our information services are limited to BVM products. While BVM offers the most complete instruction packages in the model jet industry, we realize you may still have questions about a product, and we will answer them.
