Jets also have other special requirements, such as attaching thin fiberglass parts. The socket head panel screws (SHPS) from BVM may be just what's needed to accomplish the task and have the finished product look great. The very small dome shaped head with its .050 hex socket and black finish will appear very scale-like in most applications. The 3/8 long self-tap screw thread is just right for attaching thin fiberglass panels made from BVM's Poly Ply materials. DISCLAIMER: Occasionally our supplier substitutes silver screws for black. This offering from BVM facilitates more positive actuation of your retractable landing gear, especially when they are fitted with 3/4" to 1" diameter cylinders.
Attractively anodized in BVM's signature purple (Violet) color, the Hi-Flow Valve actuates easily with most mini servos and comes complete with a plywood mounting tab and screws.
Air powered retractable landing gear, oleo struts, valves and brake systems occasionally need maintenance. If you ever have to disassemble any of these systems to clean them, there will be a need to replace the O-ring lubricant. Parker Super O-Lube is what we use at the BVM factory for all of our O-ring lubrication. It is a high viscosity lubricant that will not clog filters or lines, just use it sparingly. Packaged in this convenient 1/2oz tube, it is perfect to keep in your flight box.
$12.50The one piece wheel hubs have Oil-Lite bushings pressed into each side. The gap between the bushings should be packed with Wheel Axle Grease. Practice has shown that most BVM wheels should be repacked about every 2 dozen flights.

All BVM fuel cell packages (for BVM jets) now come standard with a U.A.T. The mystery material, duck bill shaped sack inside will deliver a solid stream of fuel (no bubbles) to the fuel pump even if the 4oz bottle should get 3/4th's full of air, which is very unlikely. This is a very high quality product for those turbine pilots who want to eliminate the possibility of an air bubble causing a flame out. The U.A.T. is placed in series between the last fuel tank and the fuel pump. The system is filled through the 3rd line in the U.A.T. The rectangular shaped tank can be mounted vertically or horizontally and produce the same results making it convenient to fit into just about any model and it will work with any model size turbine engine.
