3/8" Long Button Head Panel Screws 25pk
3/8 Long Button Head Panel Screws 25pk Jets, WWII models and even scale helicopters sometimes require removable panels that yield access to servos and other components. Jets also have other special requirements, such as attaching thin fiberglass parts. The socket head panel screws (SHPS) from BVM may be just what's needed to accomplish the task and have the finished product look great. The very small (5/32 dia) dome shaped head with its .050 hex socket and black finish will appear very scale-like in most applications. The 5/32 long or 3/8 long self-tap screw thread is just right for attaching thin fiberglass panels made from BVM's Poly Ply materials. DISCLAIMER: Occasionally our supplier substitutes silver screws for black. If you prefer to have only black screws, please note this when placing online or phone orders.

Aluminum Cap Fittings
Aluminum Cap Fittings fits Sullivan and Dubro tanks. Here is a fuel tank cap system that will not flex and deteriorate with time. The machined aluminum cap and threaded disc capture the standard rubber stopper and squeeze it securely with a 4-40 socket head machine screw. Results are a leak proof cap, even when pressure is applied to the fuel system. The 5/32 diameter soft brass tubing allows freer flow of the fuel as required by some of today's larger engines. BVM uses this system on their ducted fan installations as well as for turbine fuel systems. Other specialty enthusiasts will surely want this fuel system improvement as well. Each cap system contains one rubber stopper for use with glow fuel and one compatible with petroleum liquids, adaptable to Sullivan or Du-bro tanks.

Bandit ARF MKII Fuel Cells
The Bandit fuel system consists of 2 conformal Kevlar fuel cells, an 8oz plastic header tank and the Ultimate Air Trap (U.A.T.) which provides 2.8 Liters of fuel. BVM's Aluminum Cap Fittings are supplied for use with the plastic hopper tank along with all fuel line necessary to plumb the system. The U.A.T. acts as an air bubble eliminator and final filter. AIR OPERATED - SPRING RETURN BVM EZ-DROP simplifies the mounting and releasing of external stores without using a dedicated radio channel or servos. It operates via a single air line from the models retract system. To compliment our pneumatic powered EZ-DROP, we also offer this similar device intended to ease the mounting and removal of external stores by simply pulling aft on the cable. Tanks, bombs and missiles really add to the "presence" and "scale realism" of jet models whether they be on static display or in action at 150 + m.p.h. Handling and transporting the model with external stores however, can be a cumbersome task and sometimes results in damage to fins or pylons. We think you will find the BVM EZ-Hangers a very handy accessory when adding some "parasites" to your jet. EZ-Hangers fit into the same size opening and utilize the same bolt pattern as the EZ-DROPS, they are interchangeable.

Adding these NACA flush cooling air inlets to an EVF powered jet will reduce the end-of-the-flight temperatures (motor/batteries) by 8-10°F compared to a non ventilated installation. The inlet design allows the cooling air to enter the fuselage with very little drag losses. The inlets can be added to a finished model.

QT Plus Glue Cartridge
Re-Formulated - QT Plus produces a bond that is almost as strong as BVM's Aeropoxy, but allows for quick assembly and field repairs. Set time is 4 - 5 minutes. Sometimes, it may be convenient to not use the mix nozzle. Just squeeze out a small amount of glue and blend the two streams of glue with a mix stick. Not for use with EPO Foams. BVM Series Power Plug 2
BVM Series Power Plug 2 used with 10S 2 Male Input and 1 Male Output Less Restrictive, Runs Cooler and Handles More Current Tested over 130 AMP's BVM is constantly looking at new ways to improve products to better serve our customers. We have been testing these new Series Power Plugs for sometime now. The new Series Plugs handle higher currents better. They are larger in size and have larger contacting surfaces. Another benefit to the new plug is the ability to offer an Anti-Spark Plug to our ESC's on the 10S and 12S EVF units. Our new 14S EVF unit already has Anti-Spark in the ESC. These New Series Plugs are Male Inputs with Male Outputs. The BVM EVF system has a Female Plug already installed on it. This is done because we have an Anti-Spark Female Plug and a Non Anti-Spark Female Plug. 10S and 12S Versions will have the Anti-Spark Female Plug. The 14S Versions will have the Non Anti-Spark Female Plug since the ESC already has it built in. Anti-Spark Plugs are not rated above 50V use.
